Bill Davidson was referred to us by our cousin, whose cousin also referred him to them. I guess that makes us the third couple in the family to use Bill’s services. They all spoke highly of Bill, and their praises are well-deserved. We’re first time home-buyers with a million questions. The first time we met Bill, he sat us down for over an hour and patiently explained the process of buying a home. He met with us whenever we wanted to see a home; often times outside of open house hours because my husband worked on the weekends. Whenever we found a home we were interested in, Bill worked quickly with our loan officer to submit an offer and kept us up to date on the progress.
We were outbid twice, but the third time’s a charm! He coordinated with the seller’s agent to make sure that we got the house that we wanted. He walked us through the inspection and made sure we met deadlines. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Bill. He made our home buying experience so much easier than we expected. He can be trusted and will become a friend during the process. Unlike many agents, Bill is consistently professional and beyond that generous and considerate.
